The world has become increasingly more techologically advanced, but at what cost? We are able to travel quickly around in cars, but the use of fossil fuels like oil and natural gas contribute to rising global temperatures that risk delicate oceanic systems. Necessary clothes and garments have become more available due to cheap production, but it is exactly that production that results in huge water waste and pollution.
At the rate we are developing, this way of life is not sustainable. That's why we need to advocate for environmental sustainability, both in our individual lives and regarding commercial industries.
